Privacy Collection Notice

We collect information directly from you and may also collect from the Department of Home Affairs, educational institutions, employers, or other third parties where necessary for your matter.

We use your personal information to provide migration advice, prepare and lodge visa applications, communicate with you and government agencies, and comply with our legal obligations.

We use AI tools to assist with reviewing and processing your documents, preparing visa applications, and managing communications.

AI helps us to:

• organise and categorise documents you provide (such as passports, bank statements and academic records);
• extract key information from your documents;
• prepare initial drafts of visa application forms and supporting documentation; and
• send automated follow-up communications regarding document requests.

All AI assisted work is reviewed and approved by our registered migration agents or lawyers before submission. AI assists our team but it does not replace them. We use secure AI systems with appropriate data protection measures, and we will not use your information to train third-party AI systems.

​​If you choose to opt-out of AI-assisted processing, we will handle your matter using traditional manual workflows. Please be aware that this may result in a ​​Manual Processing Surcharge​​ to reflect the additional professional hours required to perform these tasks without automated efficiency tools.

​​We may disclose your information to the Department of Home Affairs, educational institutions, employers, third-party service providers (including AI technology providers), and your authorized representatives.​​

​​While some providers use overseas servers, our primary AI environment (​​Microsoft 365 Copilot​​) is configured to store and process data within ​​Australian-based data centres​​ to ensure the high​​est level of privacy protection.

Your rights
